경미한 인지장애 침뜸법과 백회사신총 침뜸기 구현에 관한 연구

This study is on the acupuncture-moxibustion method for the care of Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI). When in MCI, the acupuncture-moxibustion on GV20 and 4points around GV20 makes the care of MCI especially without causing side effect. In this study, MCI includes the Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, and encephalitic dementia causing after effect of encephalitis. Basic acupuncture-moxibustion method for MCI is the moxibustion on GV20 and the acupuncture on 4points around GV20, which is resulted from the systematic review and meta-analysis. The acupuncture on 4points around GV20 treats quickly the headache. The acupuncture which acts on the over generated positive ions to be discharged from the body. Moxibustion is a traditional Oriental medicine which has the functions of preventive medicine and self care procedure. Moxibustion can prevent and control MCI. Direct moxibustion stimulates 60~70℃ for 2~3 second hyperthermia, generates the Heat Shock Protein(HSP) which is used for the chronic diseases with Chaperone in long term and suppresses the MCI. And direct moxibustion induces the Dopaminergic and Serotonergic hormones of the body, which have the effects of caring MCI. Full and simplified acupuncture-moxibudtion methods for dementia and MCI are suggested in this study. In this study, the acupuncture-moxibustioner which stimulates GV20 with moxibustion and stimulates 4points around GV20 with acupuncture is implemented for MCI. The acupuncture-moxibustioner for MCI was made up of main moxibustioner for GV20, coupling 4points acupuncture ring, measuring handle, and ear band fixing the acupuncture-moxibustioner.
