유방암 케어 쑥뜸법에 관한 연구

초록
이 연구는 유방암 쑥뜸법에 관한 것이다. 동양의학 쑥뜸은 이런 것이다: 건강할 때 미리 하는 쑥뜸은 질병 예방에 도움을 주고, 수술 환자라고 해도 쑥뜸을 하면 예후를 좋게 하는, 의학 중에서 유일하게 예방의학과 자가 시술의 특징이 있는 의학이다. 이 연구에서 유방암 케어 쑥뜸법이 제시되었다. 유방암 케어 쑥뜸법은 첫째 유방암 수술 후 수술 후유 통증을 경감시키는 것이다. 여기에는 전기구가 도움이 된다. 둘째는 유방암 수술 후 예후를 개선시키는 것이다. 여기에는 직접구(이하에서 지열구 포함)가 도움이 된다. 전기구 쑥뜸은 33~35℃의 범위의 온열을 자극하는 저온 온열요법으로 부교감신경 항진형에 분류할 수 있으며, 단기적으로는 유방암 시술 후 통증을 경감시켜 주고, 장기적으로는 열충격단백질을 생성시켜서 암의 진행을 억제한다. 또한, 직접구 쑥뜸은 경맥의 경혈에 60~70℃의 뜨거움을 1~2초 자극해서, 내장 신경에 관여하는 생체전기를 점화시키는데, 일련의 과정은 교감신경 항진형에 분류할 수 있으며, 피부-내장 반사를 일으킨다. 직접구 쑥뜸은 피부-내장 반사를 유도하고 그 결과 내장의 온도를 1~2℃ 높인다. 이러한 결과는 암의 소멸을 주도한다. 또한, 직접구 쑥뜸은 뇌신경 전달물질인 도파민계와, 뇌혈관 수축물질인 세로토닌계를 활발히 움직여서 유방암 유발 우울증 치료에 도움이 될 것으로 생각한다. 비용이 거의 들지 않는 유방암 케어 쑥뜸법은 유방암 재발 방지를 위한 케어에 효과적이다.
Abstract
This study is on the moxibustion method for the care of breast cancer. Moxibustion is a traditional Oriental medicine which has the functions of preventive medicine and self –medical procedure. Moxibustion in healthy body condition can prevent the cancer, even though family cancer. Moxibustion is the only medicine which prevents diseases in advance and for oneself. Full moxibustion and simplified moxibudtion methods for breast cancer are suggested in this study. Moxibustion method for breast cancer is aimed for decreasing the pain of breast cancer and for increasing the convalesce favorably. For decreasing the pain of breast cancer, the electro-moxibustion is needed. For increasing the convalesce favorably, the direct moxibustion is needed. The electro-moxibustion stimulates 33~35℃ low level hyperthermia, decreases the pain in short term, generates the Heat Shock Protein(HSP) which is used for the chronic diseases with Chaperone in long term and suppresses the cancer. Direct moxibustion stimulates 60~70℃ for 1~2 second hyperthermia, triggers the internal organs through meridians, increases organ’s heat, and leads the suppress of cancer. Direct moxibustion induces the Dopaminergic and Serotonergic systems of the nucleus, which has the effects of curing the depression.
