국내 체육시설법 관련 연구동향 분석에 관한 연구

초록
이 연구는 체육시설법 관련 국내 연구 동향을 분석하여 『체육시설법』에 대한 진단과 개선 및 관련연구의 방향성을 제고하고자 목적하였다. 연구의 목적달성을 위해 연구 주제에 따른 모든 학술지의 자료를 수집하였으며 이들 자료를 대상으로 연구 형태와 연구 내용을 살펴보았다. 연구방법은 체계적 문헌고찰, 자료 내용의 귀납적 범주화, 내용분석을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 『체육시설법』관련 연구의 형태적ㆍ내용적 특징으로 구성되며 형태적 특징은 주제영역별, 저널지별, 등재구분별, 연도별로 구분된다. 『체육시설법』의형태적 특징은 한국사회에서의 ‘채육’에 관한 대중의 인식변화와 사회적 구성물로의 자리매김으로인해 주제적 복합성과 사회적 주목성이 높아졌으며정부의 노력이 동시에 투여되었음을 알 수 있다. 『체육시설법』의 내용적 특징은 사회적 상황의 영향으로 인해 연구에 대한 증감이 나타나며 일부 중심 대상에 대한 사회적 관심에 따라 주ㆍ부 관계가역전되어 제시되는 경우가 쉽게 제시된다. 또한 관련연구에 대한 개선점, 대안, 방안 등의 연구가 대부분대상만 교체되어 나타나는 경우가 나타나며 이는 아직까지 우리사회에서 직접적인 개선안이 도출되지못하였음으로 보여질 수 있으며 정부적 노력이 일정부분 미흡한 것이라 사료된다
Abstract
This study attempted to analyze domestic research trends related to the Sports Facility Act and suggest diagnosis, improvement, and direction on this topic. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, all academic data were collected using the 'Sports Facilities Act' as a major keyword. The form and content of the study were analyzed for the collected data. The research method was systematic literature review, data categorization, and content analysis. The results are as follows.The domain characteristics of the "Sports Facilities Act" have increased their thematic complexity and social attention due to changes in public perception of "sports" in Korean society. The efforts of the Korean government have been administered. The content characteristics of the "Sports Facilities Act" reflect interest in research due to the influence of social situations, and the relationship is sometimes reversed and presented depending on social interest. In addition, there are cases in which improvements, alternatives, and measures for research are replaced and reappeared. It seems that no improvement plan has yet been drawn in Korean society. More efforts by the Korean government are needed.
