본 연구는 놀이중심인성교육프로그램이 청소년의개인적성장(자기존중, 자기조절)과 사회적성장(배려,소통,책임)에 미치는 효과성을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 개발된 놀이중심인성교육프로그램을 J도에 위치에 있는 H고등학교 청소년 100명을 대상으로 선정하여 총12회기의 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구문제는 첫째, 놀이중심인성교육프로그램이 청소년들의 개인적성장에 효과가 있는지, 둘째, 놀이중심인성교육프로그램이 청소년들의 사회적 성장능력증진에 효과가 있는지에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 연구도구는 KEDI 인성 검사지 측정도구를 활용하였다. 자료분석은 대응표본 t-test를, 공변량 분석을 실시하였고 모든 분석은 SPSS.22 프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 놀이중심인성교육프로그램은 청소년들의 개인적성장(자기존중, 자기조절)에서 성장효과를 보였다. 둘째, 놀이중심인성교육프로그램은 사회적 성장(배려· 소통, 책임)에서 증진효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년들에게 맞는 놀이중심인성교육프로그램은 성장하는 청소년들의 바른 인성함양을 위해 반드시 필요하며 무엇보다도 인성교육에 임하면서 변화하고성장할려고 하는 청소년들의 마음가짐도 중요할 것으로 사료된다
Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of a play-based character education program on youth's personal growth (self-esteem, self-regulation) and social growth (consideration, communication, responsibility). The developed play-centered character education program was selected for 100 teenagers from H High School located in J Province, and the program was implemented for a total of 12 sessions. The research questions were, first, to find out whether the play-centered character education program is effective in the personal growth of adolescents, and second, to find out whether the play-centered character education program is effective in improving the social growth ability of adolescents. The research tool was the KEDI personality test strip measurement tool. Data analysis was performed using paired samples t-test and covariate analysis, and all analyzes were performed using the SPSS.22 program. As a result of the analysis, first, the play-centered character education program showed growth effects in terms of personal growth (self-esteem, self-regulation) of teenagers. Second, the play-centered character education program was found to be effective in promoting social growth (consideration, communication, and responsibility). A play-centered character education program suitable for teenagers is essential for developing the right character of growing teenagers, and above all, the mindset of teenagers who are willing to change and grow while engaging in personality education is also considered important
