한국로고스경영학회의 어제와 오늘, 그리고 내일

초록
2002년에 한국로고스경영학회가 창립되어, 올해로 20주년을 맞이한다. 본 논문의 목적은 한국로고스경영학회의 지난 역사를 회고하며, 학회 현황을 파악함으로 앞으로 학회의 지속적인 발전을 위해 나아가야 할 방향을 검토하고 제시하는데 있다. 먼저 학회 창립의 모태가 된 기독경영연구회의 조직 배경과 활동 상황을 약술하였다. 이어서 한국로고스경영학회의 창립 배경과 창립시 상황을 정리하였다. 다음에는 학회가 창립된 이후의 발전과정을 간단히 살펴보았다. 그리고 한국로고스경영학회의 2023년 현재 상황과 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하고 몇 가지 제언을 하였다. 특히 신앙과 경영의 통합적 연구를 전략적으로 추구할 것을 제안하였다. 지금까지 한국로고스경영학회가 계속 성장해 온 것을 볼 때 마태복음 13장 31절과 32절에 소개되고 있는 겨자씨 비유가 연상된다. “또 비유를 들어 이르시되 천국은 마치 사람이 자기 밭에 갖다 심은 겨자씨 한 알 같으니 이는 모든 씨보다 작은 것이로되 자란 후에는 풀보다 커서 나무가 되매 공중의 새들이 와서 그 가지에 깃들이느니라.” 바울은 로마서 11장 36절에서 “만물이 주에게서 나오고 주로 말미암고 주에게로 돌아가느니라”라고 말씀하고 있다. 한국로고스경영학회는 하나님이 저자에게 한국에서도 성경적 세계관으로 경영학을 연구하고 교육하는 것이 하나님 나라의 관점에서 매우 중요한 것임을 알려주시고 이 비전을 동역자와 함께 공유하면서 오늘날까지 발전해 왔다. 한국로고스경영학회는 하나님이 시작한 학회요, 하나님에 의해서 발전해 온 학회이다. 그리스도의 구속사적 은혜와 삼위 하나님과 함께 해 온 학회이다. 한국로고스경영학회는 하나님과 그리스도의 영광을 위한 학회라는 사실을 잊지 말아야 한다. 그러므로 한국로고스경영학회의 회장을 비롯한 모든 회원들은 먼저 하나님 나라와 의를 추구하는 학회가 될 때 하나님은 우리 학회를 통해 한국 기업과 사회는 물론이고 세계 열방에 하나님 나라가 임하도록 일을 하여 주실 것이다.
Abstract
The objective of this paper is to explore the history of Korean Association of Logos Management(KALM), to review its current status, and to search for and suggest the direction to take for the continued development of the society. First, the organizational background and activities of the Christian Management Research Group, which became the foundation of KALM were briefly written. Then, the background and situation of the founding of KALM was summarized. Next, the development process was looked at after KALM was founded. And the direction of KALM was explored and several suggestions were made. In particular, the author proposed that the academic society strategically pursue the integrated research of faith and management. As the author see KALM continuing to grow, he is reminded of the parable of the mustard seed in Matthew 13:31 and 32. "The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all your seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches." Paul says in Romans 11:36: “For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen.” This society is one where God informs the author that it is important from the perspective of the Kingdom of God to research and educate business administration with a biblical worldview even in the constitutional world. By sharing this vision with other Christian business professors, the society has developed to this day. This KALM was started by God, and developed through God. So, we must not forget that our society is an academic one for the glory of God. Therefore, when all members, including the president of KALM, seek first kingdom of God and His righteousness, God will allow not only Korean companies and society, but also the nations of the world, to be blessed through KALM.
