창업실패 요인 분석: 통합모형의 적용

Research Topic: This study aims to identify the factors influencing the failure of entrepreneurs and focuses on accurately investigating and analyzing the current situation of startup companies, with the ultimate goal of developing policy measures to reduce startup failures. Research Background: The intention was to provide policy support measures to reduce startup failures and enable entrepreneurs to make a restart, taking into account the perspective of businesses and the role of the government. Differences from Previous Research: This study conducted qualitative research based on a theoretical framework for startup failure. Research Method: To identify the factors influencing business failures, the study focused on analyzing the experiences and interviews of venture entrepreneurs who had experienced failure. Research Findings: The most critical failure factor was related to the entrepreneur's startup idea, specifically, inadequate startup idea. And other factors such as lack of experience and knowledge about the idea, absence of a revenue model, and product development delays were identified. Contribution and Expected Effects: This research analyzed the causes of startup failure using an integrated theoretical model and provided theoretical ideas for various future studies> It also offers various policy implications to the government and businesses to reduce failure rates.
