· Research topics: This paper shows the performances of international diffusion of Korean technologies derived from National R&D Projects to foreign countries separately. · Research background:Countries around the world recognize the importance of science and technology and are strengthening investment in science and technology to secure national competitiveness, and Korea has continued to invest in science and technology to secure national competitiveness. · Differences from prior research:A number of studies related to technology transfer have mainly focused on analyzing the factors affecting technology transfer. It revealed the relationship between the strengthening of university-level capabilities and the establishment of government-level infrastructure affecting the transfer of technology and the spread of performance of universities · Research method: Based on Korean R&D Information Service Data(2016-2022) concerning royalty fees from foreign partners, we analysed the group differences between the developing countries and advanced countries. We want to find out the performance comparison of international technology transfer originated from universities, government sponsored research institutes(GSRIs), public utilities and private companies. · Research results: This study found that there is a significant difference between universities, government-funded research institutes, and public institutions. However, there is a difference in the average amount, and it has contributed to research and development projects in Korea by looking at universities, government-funded research institutes, and small and medium-sized enterprises · Contribution points and expected effects: at universities, government-funded research institutes, etc It identified the actual state of overseas transfer of technology developed through national R&D projects and provided policy implications related to future national R&D projects.
