· Research topics: In order to solve the problem of empty houses that heighten the crisis of local extinction, we attempted to present implications for solving empty houses by establishing standardized criteria for empty house data from the perspective of establishing an ESG management strategy to secure the competitiveness of a sustainable society. · Research background: The increase in empty houses is a social problem that appears nationwide along with population decline, and it is urgent to establish a diverse and sustainable solution system. · Differences from prior research: The difference is that we sought to solve the empty house problem by presenting standardized criteria for empty house data from the perspective of local government’s ESG management for sustainability. · Research method: Analysis of empty house data criteria such as prior research on empty house & ESG, and e-notification of public information for small & empty house information. · Research results: By classifying and standardizing empty house data criteria from the perspective of ESG management, it is possible to efficiently solve empty house problems and pursue Environmentalal and social benefits by utilizing more comprehensive and specific data sources. · Contribution points and expected effects: It can contribute to improving ESG indicators of local governments by integrating them into ESG management of local governments and establishing criteria for standardizing empty house data.
