A Study on the Impact of Telemedicine Service Quality and Healthcare Environment Quality on Service Satisfaction

The purpose of this study is to examine the quality of the medical environment (platform quality) and service quality (interaction quality) of telemedicine, which is temporarily permitted during the COVID-19 pandemic, from the perspectives of usage quality (technology acceptance model) and service satisfaction and app reuse intention. The research findings indicate that the quality of the medical environment (platform quality) and service quality (interaction quality) have a positive relationship with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Furthermore, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were found to have a positive relationship with service satisfaction and app reuse intention. However, in the relationships between the sub-variables of the independent variables and the mediating variables, both acceptance and rejection of the research model were observed separately.
