전남지역 기술창업자 특성과 창업지원정책을 연계한 고용창출 방안

This study examined the causal relationship between start-up support policies and job creation targeting ICT-based entrepreneurs in Jeonnam region, and verified the effects of the characteristics of technology entrepreneurs. Through this, we aim to provide basic data to prospective entrepreneurs in Jeonnam region to improve the competitiveness and self-sustainability of technology start-ups. Data processing included exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and three-stage mediation regression analysis. First, the research results show that among the sub-factors of the start-up support policy that affect job creation, consulting support was the highest, followed by education support the second highest, and mentoring support the third highest. Second, among the sub-factors of entrepreneur characteristics that affect job creation, behavioral characteristics appeared to be the highest, followed by psychological characteristics the second highest, and competency characteristics the third highest. Third, psychological characteristics, competency characteristics, and behavioral characteristics all showed a mediating effect in the influence relationship between start-up support policy and job creation. Through this research, we hope to develop various policies for the success of technology entrepreneurs and expand job creation in the Jeonnam region.
