ESG경영인식이 발언행동에 미치는 영향: 조직신뢰와 조직동일시의 매개효과와 ESG진정성의 조절효과

[Purpose]It is important to address whether organizational members perceive ESG management, which has emerged as a new paradigm for management strategy from an organization's perspective, and whether changes in job attitudes occur. Therefore, we want to find out what psychological processes organizational members’ perception of ESG management affects behavior and which situations are more effective. [Methodology]This study set the psychological mechanism leading to the voice behavior of members of the organization as organizational trust, organizational identification, and boundary conditions as ESG authenticity, and derived a total of five hypotheses based on previous studies and various theories. [Findings]All five hypotheses about the psychological mechanism and boundary conditions established earlier were supported. [Implications]It was found that organizational members who are highly aware of the degree of practice of a company’s ESG management have more actions to support the organization or to solve problems than those who do not. In addition, we found that practicing with sincerity maximizes the impact of ESG management on organizational members’ voice behavior.
