중소벤처기업 지식재산 경영활성화 방안에 관한 연구: 한국과 일본의 지식재산경영컨설팅 사례 비교

[Purpose]The purpose of this study was to analyze the cases of intellectual property management consulting in Korea and Japan through the medium of intellectual property management consulting, and to suggest measures for promoting management by type for small and medium venture businesses. In particular, the purpose of the study is to establish the development strategy of intellectual property management consulting by explaining the relationship between management consulting and establishing type－specific consulting processes through case analysis. [Methodology]The research targets investigated small and medium－sized venture companies with continuous growth and high market share among the companies in the case books and literature of intellectual property management consulting in Korea and Japan, and established a consulting process by studying the details accordingly. [Findings]The results of the management revitalization plan for the case analysis of intellectual property management consulting were derived from the perspective of profit improvement, the view of strengthening competitiveness, the view of securing growth engines, and the view of activating consulting services. [Implications]Based on the proposed content, the government will prove the legitimacy of supporting intellectual property consulting for small and medium－sized venture companies and will be used as important data for expanding management consulting for small and medium－sized venture companies in the future.
