기술혁신의 결정요인에 대한 대구지역 대표산업 간 비교분석: 산업조직론과 자원기반이론 관점

The main purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the influence of the determinants of technological innovation among traditional, main, basic, and new growth industries in Daegu, which have been the target of various regional industrial cluster policies and support projects. Also, the determinants of technological innovation were divided into industrial cluster environment from the perspective of industrial organization theory and R&D capabilities and entrepreneurship from the perspective of resource-based theory. And, differences between industries were also verified. The main results showed that the resource-based theory, which believes that the source of technological innovation is a firm's internal capabilities, is more valid. It was found that the influence of determinants on technological innovation differs between industries in Daegu. These results suggest that it is necessary to develop policies and programs that replace the existing industrial cluster policy, which is a simple linear approach or static system perspective. It also means that uniform policies and support program for regional industries should be avoided, and that local SMEs’ own efforts are very important for technological innovation.
