하이데거에서 근거율 문제: 『근거율』을 중심으로

Heidegger offered different explanations of the principle of reason in his early and late writings. For example, in On the Nature of the Ground (1929), which is categorized as his biographical account, Heidegger explored the principle of sufficient reason and defined the nature of the ground as transcendence and freedom. Conversely, the principle of sufficient reason posits the coexistence of being and ground through the grounding rate. This change in discussion was prompted by Heidegger’s criticism of the discussion of the principle of sufficient reason in his biography. This study was designed to examine the reasons for Heidegger’s self-critical approach to the change in his thoughts on the principle of sufficient reason in 1929 and to shed light on its significance. To this end, I first determined how Heidegger distinguished between five matters in the history of Western metaphysics that shaped the history of the priciple of sufficient reason. This distinction is important because it enables us to see the key changes in the discussion of the Abgrund that Heidegger himself criticized. I then delineated how these discussions can be seen as Heidegger’s own critique of the deliberation over the principle of sufficient reason in On the Nature of the Ground. In doing so, I illuminated the implications of the leap that follow from Heidegger’s own critical reflection on the aforementioned principle of sufficient reason. The implications of this work conclude the paper.
