The development of technology that prioritizes user experience is leading to the creation of various services based on a comprehensive design of UI/UX that takes into account psychological factors. As the diversification and advancement of related technologies continue, the application and usefulness of UI/UX are also increasing. Additionally, with the diversification and sophistication of related technologies, there is a rapid increase in patent applications for technology protection and leakage prevention. In line with this trend, this study aims to conduct a preliminary technological investigation for patent application by developing a user-centered, psychological-based, non-face-to-face forest experience program matching technology. To analyze relevant patents, we extracted technology patents that have been applied for and registered to date. Among them, we focused on analyzing key patent technologies. Patents from Korea, the United States, Japan, China, Europe, and PCT, which were disclosed until October 2023, were targeted, and a patent search was conducted using the WIPS ON search DB. The classification for patent search is a psychological state analysis technology and a recreational forest experience program matching technology, and a total of 440 data were obtained after writing the search formula by combining the derived keywords. Among them, a total of 20 data were extracted as a result of the effective patent selection, and the analysis was conducted targeting them. Patent applications began to increase in 2015, centering on the United States, and in the section from 2017 to 2021, the proportion of applications in China and Korea increased rapidly, leading related technologies. As a result of examining effective patents, it can be seen that technology development tailored to user information is being actively carried out by various searches such as recommendation of customized healing programs, provision of data products, recommendation of healing programs, recommendation of forest healing exercise programs, and provision of recreational information. Therefore, it is necessary to secure licenses and establish additional patent strategies while developing technology for matching forest experience programs tailored to psychological conditions and filing patent applications.
