사이버대학의 온라인교육품질이 교육만족과 학습전이에 미치는 영향: 개인혁신성의 조절효과

This study empirically analyzed the impact of online education quality at a cyber university on learners’ educational satisfaction and learning transfer, and the differences according to personal innovation, a personal characteristic variable. The subjects of the survey are college students currently attending a cyber university where learning is conducted online using the Internet. Data were collected online from August 11, 2023 to September 11, 2023, and 226 copies of the data were finally analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, the system quality of online education quality had a significant influence on education satisfaction and learning transfer. Second, the information quality of online education quality had a significant influence only on education satisfaction. Third, as a result of examining the moderating effect of individual innovativeness, it was found to moderate the relationship between system quality and educational satisfaction, and the relationship with information quality was found to moderate the relationship between learning transfer. Through this study, it is most important to continuously support and manage the system so that learners can use it safely. It is helpful and good to reflect advanced information or necessary information in the field so that the type of information and expertise expected by learners is highlighted. It is believed that there is a need to strengthen the quality of information that can produce results.
