플랫폼 음식 배달기사의 산재사고에 대한 제도적 영향: 비표준 노사관계와 예방적 산재안전망을 중심으로

This study empirically analyzes the effects of institutional context (non-standardity, preventive safety net) on causing and inhibiting occupational accidents, and reconstructs the principles and structure of occupational accidents among platform food delivery drivers from an institutional perspective. The result shows that two or more multi- contractors, bundled deliveries, autonomy in controlling accidents, safety training, and career are significantly related to accidents. The probability of accident increases with the number of contractors and bundled deliveries, decreases when work control autonomy and labor control autonomy increase together, increases with regular safety training, and increases with low-career. These results suggest that measures to weaken exclusive contract and unlimited bundled deliveries, to supervise and regulate industry practices that constrain autonomy over occupational safety, to mandate non-face-to-face safety training and strengthen employer accountability, to foster socially training infrastructure, and to create barriers to entry through licensing or to manage systematically for low-skilled delivery drivers.
