관광학 분야의 CSR과 ESG에 대한 계량서지학적 분석: SSCI 연구를 중심으로

Scholars, practitioners, and policy-makers have developed an interest in CSR and ESG. Although the two concepts are under the same umbrella, their purpose and related issues are not equal. In this regard, there is a need to conduct in-depth and multi-layered analyses on both CSR and ESG studies. The purposes of this study were to: 1) explore global research trends in the literature regarding CSR and ESG; and 2) identify key research topics within the context of hospitality and tourism. A bibliometric analysis was employed to achieve the purpose. A total of 362 CSR articles and 190 ESG articles were collected from the Web of Science. Network plots, co-occurrence word analysis, and thematic mapping were utilized to delve into the research topics. The results revealed that there are significant differences between studies on CSR and ESG concerning areas, related concepts, and themes. The literature review and analysis results will enhance the understanding and differentiation of CSR and ESG.
