지식공유의 영향요인에 대한 연구 동향 및 향후 연구 방향 탐색

본 연구는 지식경영 관련 논의가 활발해지기 시작한 2000년도 이후 현재까지 지식공유 영향요인에 관한 연구가 어떻게 잔행되어 왔는지 검토하고, 향후 지식공유 관련 연구의 방향성을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 지식경영 도입으로 본격적으로 이루어져 온 지식공유 관련 연구는 지식공유의 효과를 분석하고, 지식 공유하는데 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 탐색하는 과정을 통해 지식공유의 중요성을 강조하는 방향으로 진행되어 왔다. 지식공유는 개인 및 팀의 창의성 발현에 기여하며, 프로세스 개선 등을 통해 비즈니스 효율성을 높이고, 조직 학습 및 혁신 능력을 높여 성과 창출에 기여한다. 이러한 지식공유를 활성화하기 위해서는 어떠한 요인들을 고려해야 하는지 파악하는 것부터 우선적으로 요구된다. 이러한 목적을 위해 본 연구에서는 그간 이루어진 선행연구들을 통해 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 조직 수준, 팀 수준, 개인 수준으로 나누어 정리한다. 그리고, 선행연구의 한계점을 도출하고 향후 지식공유 영향요인에 관한 연구 방향에 대해 제언하고자 한다. 연구 방향과 관련하여 살펴보면, 지식공유 영향요인을 확인하기 위한 선행연구들의 노력에도 불구하고 다양한 변수들을 동시에 고려하는데 부족한 부분이 여전히 존재하며, 지식공유의 선행요인과 결과를 통합적으로 분석하기 위한 다양한 접근이 필요하다는 점을 강조하였다. 또한, 향후 지식공유 관련 연구는 조직 내 지식공유와 성과 간의 상관관계에 대한 실증연구가 더욱 활발히 이루어질 필요가 있으며, 지식과 지식공유의 다양한 형태에 대한 이해 및 행위와 결과에 대한 인과관계를 확인할 수 있는 종단적 연구 설계와 검증 노력이 지속적으로 시도될 필요가 있음을 제시하였다. 마지막 결론에서는 본 논문이 가진 함의와 한계 등을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to review how studies on the factors influencing knowledge sharing have been carried out since 2000 and presenting the direction of future knowledge sharing related research. Research on knowledge sharing has been conducted in the direction of emphasizing the importance of knowledge sharing through the process of analyzing the effects of knowledge sharing and exploring various factors that affect knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing contributes to the expression of individual and team creativity, improves business efficiency through process improvement, and contributes to performance creation by enhancing organizational learning and innovation capabilities. In order to activate this knowledge sharing, it is required first of all to identify which factors should be considered. For this purpose, this study divides various factors that affect knowledge sharing through preceding studies at the organizational level, team level, and individual level and organizes them. In addition, the limitations of previous studies are drawn and future research directions on knowledge sharing influencing factors are suggested. Despite the efforts of previous studies to identify the factors influencing knowledge sharing, there is still a lack of simultaneous consideration of various variables, and various approaches are needed to comprehensively analyze the antecedent factors and results of knowledge sharing. In future research related to knowledge sharing, empirical research on the correlation between knowledge sharing and performance within an organization needs to be more actively conducted, and it is necessary to fully understand the various forms of knowledge sharing. In addition, additional research is needed that can contribute to exploring alternatives that can contribute to solving the motivational problem of knowledge sharing. In addition, longitudinal research designs and verification efforts that can confirm the causal relationship between behavior and results need to be continuously attempted. In the discussion part, this study suggests implications as well as limitations for future research.
