초록
In this study, based on interviews with CBEC(Cross Border E-Commerce) field experts related to CBEC supply chain construction, three detailed plans to be considered when building a CBEC supply chain were defined as a supply chain construction model plan, a supply chain operation plan, and a supply chain implementation entities plan. Accordingly, in this study, a representative case study was conducted for each of the three detailed measures. In particular, we conducted the latest case studies related to three external environmental logistics-related uncertainties in relation to the CBEC supply chain operation plan. First, in the CBEC supply chain construction model, case studies were conducted on six construction models. Second, regarding the CBEC supply chain operation plan, a total of 6 and 7 latest case studies were conducted on strengthening logistics service flexibility based on infrastructure and process and logistics information system utilization, respectively. Third, case studies were conducted for three business models in relation to CBEC supply chain implementation entities. Based on these latest case studies, the purpose of this study is to support rational decision-making by CBEC participants to build a stable and efficient supply chain in the CBEC market, which is becoming increasingly competitive after COVID-19.
