초록
Recently, ESG, which stands for environmental, social, and governance, has been discussed as an important management issue worldwide. This can be said to be an extension of sustainability, which has been importantly discussed in the world since the 2000s. In order for a company to grow sustainably in the future, a systematic response to ESG is essential, and non-financial factors that may or may have a significant impact on the value of its investment should be reflected. In addition, CSR research, called social responsibility management, was actively being conducted before ESG. The purpose of this study is to identify research trends related to ESG management in the aviation industry and suggest future research directions. To this end, from 2009 to 2023, 99 KCI Journals and dissertations not yet listed in KCI were analyzed contents with seven criteria, and it was cross-analyzed CSR-related research trends. Through a review of previous research related to content analysis, a total of seven analysis categories were selected: publication year, research topic, research field, research target, research method, data collection method, and analysis method to identify research trends. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a difference between CSR research and ESG research trends in the aviation industry through the chi-square test. This is considered to be the cornerstone of future research as a qualitative study in that it presents implications for what research directions are needed for sustainability goals in the aviation industry.
