This study analyzes how AI contributes to the advancement of human rights through digital accessibility, focusing on Microsoft's application of AI technology in human rights management with a strategic approach to digital accessibility. In an era where digital platforms are indispensable in various aspects of human life, ensuring equitable access to these platforms is essential for the protection of access rights and human rights. Applying the ser-M analytic model, this research examines the effectiveness of Microsoft's AI-based digital accessibility under the leadership of Satya Nadella. It identifies a strategic direction that mitigates complex regulatory risks in the global market and secures investor interest. The study emphasizes the vital role of effective leadership, particularly highlighting CEO Satya Nadella's empathetic and inclusive leadership in bridging the digital divide post-Covid-19, and driving corporate social responsibility and competitive advantage. This paper provides theoretical and managerial insights into Microsoft's AI-based digital accessibility and its impact on human rights and access rights, extending the broader implications of human rights management in the digital environment. It offers new perspectives for businesses, policymakers, and various stakeholders in society.
