대학생의 진로장벽 인식이 행복감에 미치는 시계열 효과 분석

초록
본 연구는 한국교육고용패널조사(KEEP) 데이터를 활용하여 대학생이 인식하는진로장벽이 행복감에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 한국사회에서 대학교 진학경로에 차이가 있는 점을 반영하여 2-3년제 전문대와 4-6년제 대학교로 집단을구분하여 인과관계를 검증하고 그 차이를 비교하였다. 최종 종속변수인 행복감은 가변적인 요인이기 때문에 3차년의 변화를 추정할수 있는 잠재성장모형인 무조건모형으로 투입하였다. 또한 대학생의 진로장벽 인식이 개인의 자아인식과 연계되는 특성을 반영하여 청소년기부터 대학생인 현재시점까지 자아개념을 외생변수로 투입하여 검증하였다. 분석결과 심리적진로장벽과 환경적진로장벽이 행복감에 미치는 영향은 의미 있게 확인되었으나 2년제대학과 4년제대학 간에는 그 방향에 차이가 있는 것을 볼수 있다. 더 나아가 대학생의 진로장벽이 행복감 변화에 미치는 영향 또한 2개 대학 집단 간에 차이가 있는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 그러나 자아개념이 대학생의 진로장벽 인식에 미치는 영향은 공통적인 특성을 나타내고 있다. 본 연구 결과는 성인기에 진입한 대학생의 행복감과 그 변화요인을 탐색할 수 있으며, 따라서 건강한 성인기 생활을 지원할 수 있는 정보로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
This study will determine the effect of college students’ perceived career barriers on happiness using KEEP data. It will examine how college students’ perceived career barriers affect their happiness and compare differences in the causal relationship between colleges and universities. Happiness, the final dependent variable, is a factor that changes. Therefore, it was included the unconditional model, a latent growth model that can predict changes over a three-year period. Additionally, self-concept, which is related to individual self-cognition, was input as an exogenous variable on SEM. The analysis revealed that psychological and environmental barriers significantly influenced happiness. However, differences were found between colleges and universities, notably in how career barriers affect changes in students’ happiness. Nevertheless, colleges and universities show commonalities in how self-concept influences perceived career barriers. Our results can help identify factors influencing happiness and inform efforts to provide support for college students entering adulthood.
