초록
제4차 산업혁명 시대의 가장 큰 문제점은 기술과 시장의 연결성이 부족하다는 것이다. 독립된 전문 분야들을 어떻게 새로운 콘텐츠로 융합시켜 상용화하는가가 현시대의 과제인데, 이를 위해서는 상황을 해석하고 기술을 적재적소에 적용할 수 있는 ‘능력의 다양성’이 요구된다. 소비자가 팬슈머로 성장할수 있었던 건 바로 이런 ‘능력의 다양성’을 기르고 발휘할 수 있는 디지털 플랫폼이 있었기 때문이다. 디지털 플랫폼은 제작, 유통, 마케팅 등 각 분야의 전문가들만 할 수 있었던 분야를 누구나 쉽게 참여할 수 있는 ‘오픈된 전문시장’으로 제공한다. 이제, ‘능력의 다양성’만 있다면 이 ‘오픈된 전문시장’에서 원하는 제품을 판매할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이런 측면에서 현재 기술들이 어떻게1인 기업을 서포트하고 어떤 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 1인 스타트업이 해마다 증가하고 있다. 실태조사에 따르면 창업의 가장큰 동기는 현업에서 해소되지 못한 적성과 능력의 발휘이며, 이는 기존 체제에서 벗어나 자신만의 새로운 아이디어로 생산을 시도하는 움직임으로 보인다. 이들은 매출 외 투자유치를 필요로 하지 않으며 오로지 소비자와 판로에집중하고 있는데, 이런 독립성을 뒷받침하는 요소에 기술이 있다. 생산의 3요소인 토지, 노동, 자본을 디지털 플랫폼과 생성형 인공지능이 대체하면서 분야별 전문가가 필요한 전통적 기업과 달리, 혼자서도 기업을 운영할 수 있는가능성이 커진 것이다. 중요한 것은 앞서 언급한 ‘능력의 다양성’으로 ‘오픈된전문시장’을 파악하고 기술 노동을 적재적소에 재구성하는 것이다. 이런 가능성을 확인해 보기 위해 전통적인 출판 과정을 디지털 플랫폼과 생성형 인공지능으로 시연해 보기로 한다. 프로세스를 구체화하기 위해 ‘동화책 글로벌 출판’이라는 목적을 세우고각 과정을 직접 시연해 보았다. 먼저 전통적인 출판 과정의 단계를 살펴보고각 단계에 필요한 기술 노동력을 크게 디지털 플랫폼과 생성형 인공지능으로나누어 구성했다. 개인이 감당하기 어려운 전문 분야를 기술로 대체하고, 가능 효율적인 플랫폼과 인공지능을 사용해 전 과정을 진행했다. 결과적으로 AI와 디지털 출판은 제작비용을 낮추고, 편의성을 높여 누구나 다양한 콘텐츠를제작할 수 있게 도와주었다. 이 과정에서 제일 중요한 것은 어떤 기술을 선택해 어느 과정에 투입시켜야 일을 효율을 높일 수 있는지 판단하는 것이다. 그러므로 현시대의 1인 스타트업에서 가능 중요한 것은 전통적인 제작 과정의장단점을 이해하고, 활용 가능한 기술의 탐색과 연구에 있다.
Abstract
The biggest problem in the era of the 4th industrial revolution isthe lack of connection between technology and the market. How tointegrate and commercialize independent specialized fields into newcontent is the task of the present era, and for this, ‘Diversity of ability’is required to interpret the situation and apply technology in the rightplace. The digital platform provides an ‘Open field of expertise’ whereanyone can easily participate in fields that only experts in each area,such as production, distribution, and marketing, can participate. Now,as long as there is ‘Diversity of ability’, the products you want can besold in this ‘Open field of expertise’. In this respect, this study aimsto find out how current technologies can support and influence soloEntrepreneur. The number of single-person startups is increasing year by year. According to a survey, the biggest motive for starting a business is theexercise of aptitude and ability that have not been resolved in the field,which seems to be a movement to break away from the existing systemand try to produce with new ideas of their own. As digital platformsand generative artificial intelligence replace land, labor, and capital, thepossibility of running a company alone has increased. The importantthing is to reconstruct technical labor in the right place. To confirm thispossibility, we will try to demonstrate the traditional publishing processwith digital platforms and generative artificial intelligence. In order to materialize the process, the purpose of global publishing of fairy tales was set up, and each process was directly demonstrated. First, the stages of the traditional publishing process were examined,and the technical labor required for each stage was largely dividedinto a digital platform and generative artificial intelligence. The entireprocess was carried out using a possible and efficient platform andartificial intelligence, replacing specialized fields that were difficult forindividuals to handle. As a result, AI and digital publishing have helpedanyone produce a variety of contents by lowering production costs andincreasing convenience. The most important thing in this process is todetermine which technology to select and put into which process toincrease the efficiency of the work. Therefore, what is possible in today’sone-person start-ups is to understand the advantages and disadvantagesof the traditional production process and to explore and researchavailable technologies.
