Feasibility Analysis of Codification of China’s Labor Code

The path of codification initiated by China’s Civil Code provides an important reference and guidance for the codification of labor code, and the completeness of Korea’s labor code system also provides a certain reference for the codification of China’s labor code. Taking the process and conditions of codification of China’s Civil Code as a reference, China’s labor code has the necessary normative conditions, legislative basis and theoretical basis for codification, and labor code, like civil law, is related to the interests of each and every worker, so it is necessary and feasible to formulate a labor code. Under the policy of ruling the country according to law, adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and taking the current legislative status of the existing labor code as the starting point for improving the theoretical and legislative system of the labor code, we can refer to the experience of compiling the Civil Code of China and the labor code system of South Korea, and actively explore the path suitable for the codification of China’s labor code.
