공공기관 핵심성과지표 구축에 관한 연구: 소규모 사업장 안전보건 기술지원사업을 중심으로

In this study, we conduct a study on actual cases of establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) that promote safety and health activities in each field in relation to safety and health technology support projects in small business sites.,Through these case studies, we will contribute to the achievement of the mission of the corporation, which is to develop new performance indicators that can represent the business and to develop and reflect the development plan of the consignment business such as the business method and to reduce the accident death of small business sites. Small-scale workplace safety and health technology support projects mean projects that entrust industrial accident prevention activities such as technical support, safety and health education, and safety awareness promotion activities to small-scale workplaces with weak safety and health management to private disaster prevention agencies or non-profit organizations (private institutions).,The role of private institutions in the prevention of industrial accidents is continuously increasing and emphasized, and small-scale workplace safety and health technology support projects can be carried out by private institutions with specific qualifications in safety, chemistry, construction, service, and health. Therefore, in this study, new key performance indicators that contribute to small workplace safety and health technology support projects were newly established and key performance indicators for each sector were established.,As a result, the safety and health technology support project of a small business has taken the first step toward the system.
