노인장기요양보험 서비스의 충분성과 희망 욕구 연구 -서비스 이용자 중심으로-

This study was conducted using survey data from recipients of long-term care services for the elderly and their families regarding the sufficiency of services and their desires for new services. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, the sufficiency of currently provided nursing facility services was responded to as 'normal' level, but in the case of service users in their 60s, all facility services were 'insufficient'. In addition, the sufficiency level with home care services was 'generally sufficient', but service users in their 60s evaluated that all home care services as 'generally insufficient'. Second, as the desired needs for facilities and home care services, the need for four services was raised in the order of expert counseling service (69.1%), physical therapy service (60.7%), oriental medicine service (41.9%), and end-of-life service (35.1%). Third, in the case of facility services, the new desired service requested support for caregivers (12.6%), expansion of communication with family (11.7%), and expansion of room area (7.2%), etc. On the other hand, in the case of home care services, doctor's visit (16.3%), outpatient treatment pickup service (15.0%), and travel (7.5%) were requested in order. Based on these results, this study suggested implications and ways to improve the long-term care insurance system for the elderly.
