예비교사를 위한 인권교육 강좌 내용 체계 연구

The purpose of this study is to propose educational goals, domains, and content elements of human rights education courses to help pre-service teachers develop their human rights education capabilities. For these purposes, a group of 20 experts, including university professors and researchers, field teachers, administrators, and civic groups, was formed, and Delphi surveys were conducted three times. The main findings are as follows. First, the educational objectives of the human rights education course are understanding the concept of human rights and foster sensitivity, practice educational activities based on human rights standards and student human rights guarantees, identifying and implement teaching and learning plans suitable for human rights education as a teacher, understandiing and practice the role of teachers in creating a human rights-friendly school culture, analyze cases of conflicts over human rights issues in the school field, and seek appropriate solutions. Second, the main areas of the human rights education course were presented in three categories: understanding the content for human rights education, human rights-friendly school culture, and human rights teaching and learning. Third, a total of 11 middle areas for each major area of the human rights education course were presented, and major content elements for each middle area were presented. The content system presented in this study is will be the basis for opening courses related to human rights education for pre-service teachers and teachers. Based on this in the future, practical support is required to support the improvement of the professionalism of the faculty in human rights education through lectures that can be systematically guided, research on textbook development, and training related to human rights and human rights education for faculty.
