중국 인터넷 전자상거래 기업의 스마트 녹색공급망 관리에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 - 매출규모의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

This study sheds light on the growing importance of smart supply chain management in the Chinese logistics industry amid the rapid advancement of digitization and automation. Particularly, against the backdrop of changes such as the increase in demand for contactless parcel delivery and the establishment of drone transportation networks following the COVID-19 pandemic, this study analyzes the process of Chinese e-commerce companies seeking to enhance green supply chain management through the utilization of big data. The study is designed to empirically verify the impact of organizational, technological, and environmental factors on the intention of Chinese internet ecommerce companies to utilize big data. The survey was conducted targeting IT department managers and big data-related department personnel of Chinese internet e-commerce companies. The research results indicate that organizational factors, technological factors, and environmental factors positively influence the intention to utilize big data, and revenue size acts as an important moderating variable in the impact of these factors. This implies that for companies to effectively utilize big data in green supply chain management, a strategic approach considering both internal capabilities and technological conditions, as well as external environments, is necessary.
