As the multicultural phenomenon expands, migration and immigration have emerged as global concerns, and demand for real estate transactions and real estate brokerage services to start living in a new country is also increasing. As a result, interest in renting real estate and housing in the region is naturally increasing. However, Koreans who are foreigners in unfamiliar places are difficult to protect and have complex problems due to various migration backgrounds. Accordingly, this study was conducted to confirm the need for real estate brokerage services to positively improve the housing experience of overseas Koreans and propose real estate brokerage services for overseas Koreans based on Proptech. To this end, the service strategy and service workflow of real estate brokerage services for overseas immigrants were designed as hypotheses through literature research and case studies. Since then, design ethnography has been carried out in Vietnam, which is greatly influenced by linguistic and cultural barriers from its migration experience, and the hypothesis proposed was tested. In the process, we corrected the service strategy and workflow errors proposed as hypotheses and proposed UX ideas for future service configurations. It is hoped that the results of this study will be used as service development data to improve housing experience for overseas Koreans.
