IPA 분석에 기반한 부산지역 지식서비스 창업생태계 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

현재의 디지털 시대에서, 창업은 지식과 기술을 바탕으로 혁신적인 비즈니스 모델을 통해 중요한 경제적 역할을 하고 있다. 특히, 지식서비스 산업은 이러한 혁신의 중심에 서 있으며, 지역 경제의 발전과 혁신을 촉진하는 핵심 산업 중 하나로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구는 부산지역의 지식서비스 창업생태계를 조사하고 특징과 동향을 분석하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이를 위해, ERIS(창업가, 내부 자원, 산업 환경, 전략) 모델을 기반하여 부산지역 지식서비스 기업을 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 데이터는 IPA 분석을 통해 중요도, 성취도, 차이를 도출하고, IPA 매트릭스로 표현하여 지역 지식서비스 창업 기업의 생태계 특징 도출하고자 한다. 결과를 토대로 부산지역의 지식서비스 창업생태계에 대한 이해와 통찰력을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 부산의 창업생태계를 보다 건강하게 발전시키는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대되며, 부산지역의 지식서비스 산업의 성장과 지역 경제 발전을 위한 정책적 제언을 할 수 있는 기반이 될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
In the current digital age, startup an important economic role through innovative business models based on knowledge and technology. In particular, the knowledge service industry is at the center of this innovation and is emerging as one of the key industries that promotes regional economic development and innovation. This study focuses on investigating the knowledge service startup ecosystem in the Busan region and analyzing its characteristics and trends. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting knowledge service companies in the Busan area based on the ERIS (Entrepreneur, Internal Resources, Industrial Environment, Strategy) model. The collected data is used to derive importance, achievement, and difference through IPA analysis, and is expressed in an IPA matrix to derive the ecosystem characteristics of local knowledge service start-ups. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to provide understanding and insight into the knowledge service startup ecosystem in the Busan region. In addition, it is expected to help develop Busan's startup ecosystem more healthily, and is expected to serve as a basis for making policy suggestions for the growth of the knowledge service industry in Busan and local economic development.
