블록체인 스마트 계약 표준화 기준 정립을 위한 고려 요소

Due to the technical convenience and speed of smart contracts, and the ability to prevent forgery and alteration, they are expected to be widely used in various commercial transactions. However, a transaction standardization model is necessary in the absence of a clear legal basis for smart contracts and an evaluation system that verifies the algorithm for creating smart contracts. In this paper, we reviewed some of the things necessary to establish a standardization model, which generally requires that the minimum standards for quality, safety, and performance of smart contracts' technologies, products, and services be met. Currently, the international community's movement on the standardization of smart contracts has established standards that reflect technical requirements, centered on international organizations, but in order to establish standards for standardization of domestic smart contracts, it is necessary to fully reflect prior considerations for programming errors, weak consensus algorithms, anonymity, and the possibility of modification of contract details. Accordingly, this paper examined the technological suitability and usefulness of smart contracts, as well as the factors to consider for establishing contract standardization, and reviewed the implications for establishing smart contract transaction standards.
