디자인 시스템 구축을 위한 필수 구성요소

Companies are interested in design systems as a way to expand development in the current era when high competitiveness is required due to industrial development, but there are not many studies and data related to this, and minimum guidelines for design system construction are required. Therefore, this study proposes essential components necessary for design system construction through a classification system of design system categories, with the aim of preventing it from being used for design management, unlike the purpose of construction, when building a design system. To this end, it was selected through Repo, an example collection site of the design system currently used, and companies that are frequently mentioned as examples of the design system. As a research method, the design system was reviewed through literature research and prior research related to the design system, and data related to the construction of the existing design system were summarized. In addition, the current status of the design system construction industry group and the overall structure of the design system were analyzed by investigating the cases of each company's design system currently being built and used. Based on these preceding studies and case analysis, basic models and structure-based essential components necessary for the construction of the design system were derived, and a design system construction guide model was presented. By analyzing the classification system through the design system category, this study does not use various cases due to the nature of the site in selecting the design system, which is a limitation of this study. Nevertheless, this study is expected to be used as a guide for understanding the design system in the construction of the design system and as basic data in the future in the construction of the design system.
