기업의 지향성과 역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 실증분석: 한국 제조 벤처기업을 중심으로

The role of venture companies is important in the economic environment in that they can respond quickly to rapidly changing environments and boldly try innovative challenges. In particular, as 58% of all venture companies are concentrated in the manufacturing industry, research on manufacturing venture companies is judged to be necessary, so this study attempted to analyze the factors affecting the performance of manufacturing venture companies. In this study, corporate performance was analyzed as international performance, innovation performance, and financial performance, sales, and net profit were analyzed. In this study, the factors affecting corporate performance were analyzed focusing on the company's orientation and capability. For orientation, strategic orientation and innovation orientation were analyzed, and for competency, innovation capability, commercialization capability, and external resource utilization capability were analyzed. In particular, this study is expected to analyze internationalization and innovation performance as mediating factors, present management implications for improving the financial performance of the final company, and contribute to the research of Korean venture companies. To this end, this study conducted frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and step-by-step accounting analysis using the manufacturing industry data of the venture company survey. As a result of the analysis, there was a difference in significant orientation and capability for each corporate performance. However, both internationalization and innovation performance showed significant mediating effects on financial performance, especially on net income. As a result, this study uses the research results to present implications for venture company management performance management, presents the limitations of this study, and proposes future research.
