국제 정보시스템 환경 변화에 따른 국내 법률 접근성 향상을 위한 연구:국민법의식을 중심으로

Research Purpose: This study examined what policies should be established to improve citizens' accessibility to domestic law in the rapidly changing international information system environment. Research Methods: The study was conducted using interview survey data conducted by the Korea Legislative Research Institute (2021), and data analysis was conducted through SPSS statistical analysis. Results in Research: First, “Hypothesis 1. The hypothesis “Access to law will have a positive effect on legal awareness” was adopted. Second, “Hypothesis 2. The hypothesis that “legal education will have a positive effect on legal awareness” was rejected. Research Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, we propose the following practical measures. First, local councils must provide detailed information on laws related to residents' obligations so that citizens can expand their rights to participate in local autonomy, and come up with measures to increase accessibility to the law so that they can receive quality legal services. Second, it is believed that legal awareness will improve if local councils provide citizens with changed legal education on resident participation measures, such as capacity-building education related to the ongoing revision of the Local Autonomy Act for employees.
