중소벤처기업의 지식재산경영활동, 정부지원컨설팅, 지식재산성과 간의 구조적 관계 분석

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of intellectual property management activities on intellectual property performance and the moderating role of government-supported consulting on this effect. As a research method, a survey was conducted on small and medium-sized venture companies, and based on the collected 226 survey results, a frequency analysis and factor analysis for validity and reliability verification were performed. In addition, correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed to investigate the causal relationship between variables. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, among the sub-factors of intellectual property management activities, intellectual property management and intellectual property rights factors were found to have a significant effect on intellectual property performance. Second, government-supported consulting played a moderating role between intellectual property management and intellectual property performance, but it was not statistically significant between intellectual property rights and intellectual property performance. In conclusion, it is important for the government and related organizations to revitalize the government support system that strengthens intellectual property management activities and commercialization capabilities that affect the business performance of small and medium-sized venture companies, but it also suggests that they need to customized support roadmap for government support that can protect and rights intellectual property.
