65세 이상 인구의 미충족 의료에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구 : 부산, 경남지역을 중심으로

Korea is rapidly aging, and the elderly among them are not receiving proper medical services. There are various reasons for this. To determine the impact on unmet medical care among the population over 65 years of age, a study was conducted in 2019 and 2022, when COVID-19 entered a lull to some extent. The subjects who participated in this study were divided into groups with and without unmet medical care, and the characteristics were compared. Year, gender, age, education, family type, basic livelihood recipient, monthly income, subjective health status, smoking, physical activity, breakfast, sleep. Significant differences were found in time, depression, stress, and use of public health centers. The proportion of counties with unmet medical needs was higher in 2022 than in 2019. In particular, there were differences in the factors affecting unmet medical care in 2019 and 2022, as the COVID-19 pandemic, which has struck the world since early 2020, has significantly changed the patterns of use of health services, and the pandemic has affected people's health. has brought about significant changes in perceptions and attitudes towards health and increased interest in preventive health care and strengthening immunity, which may have influenced patterns of demand for and use of health services. Through a comparative analysis of unmet medical care by region in the Busan and Gyeongnam regions, there were regional differences, and there was an impact on unmet medical care, such as accessibility to health services and local social economic conditions, in the Gyeongnam region rather than the Busan region. By analyzing trends in unmet medical care in 2019 and 2022 by year, we were able to identify the impact of socioeconomic changes, health policy changes, and the pandemic on unmet medical care.
