공정관광 개념에 기초한 관광 ESG에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to create a framework and type of ESG tourism analysis of fair tourism trends and fair tourism through ESG case analysis of sustainable fair tourism, and to present representative cases that promote environment-oriented, socio-cultural-oriented, and economic-oriented sustainable tourism. As for the research method, literature research, press releases, Internet materials, data labs, and business activities were referenced. As a result of the study, eco-friendly travel that saves the Earth was operated as a plogging conceptual trip, a healing therapy trip, and a city center healing bus tour. Tourism barrier-free tourism for everyone is representative of the UNWTO's open tourist destination creation project selected as an inclusive tourist destination. Local trips to stay included old house trips and staycation tours to local villages. Keywords were extracted from such cases and their effectiveness was verified through FGI interviews. As a result of the study, each type of characteristic was derived from the types of eco-friendly value and characteristic (environmental protection, sustainable operation, health and healing, education and campaign, community contribution), socio-cultural consideration type and characteristic (enhancing access to inclusion, connecting with local communities, cultural education, socially responsible fair travel, storytelling communication), and local relationship type and characteristic (community cooperation, sustainable economic activity, tourism activity environmental practice, autonomous practice policy support, monitoring evaluation). As a fair tourism ESG, eco-friendly value types can improve sustainability with Hilton Hotel vegan suites, social and cultural considerations, neighborhood spring travel agencies, and local relationships.
