유통・물류전공 대학생들의 교육서비스품질이 교육만족도와 진로결정에 미치는 영향
Effect of Educational Service Quality on Education Satisfaction and Career Decisions of College Students majoring in Distribution and Logistics

본 연구 목적은 대학에서 유통⋅물류전공 대학생을 대상으로 교육서비스품질이 교육만족도와 진로결정에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울 및 수도권과 부산지역의 대학생 150여 명을 대상으로 2023년 11월 1일부터 11월 24일까지 4주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문조사는 변수 3개를 “첫째 교육서비스품질, 둘째 교육만족도, 셋째 진로결정”으로 구분하였으며 이를 토대로 5개 연구가설을 설정하였다. 교육서비스품질은 하위요인 확신성, 공감성, 유형성, 신뢰성으로 구성하였다. 검증결과, 연구가설 5개 중에서 “확신성 ⇨ 교육만족도, 공감성 ⇨ 교육만족도, 교육만족도 ⇨ 진로결정”은 통계적으로 유의하게 채택되었으나, “유형성 ⇨ 교육만족도, 신뢰성 ⇨ 교육만족도”는 유의하지 않는 것으로 확인되어 기각되었다. 대학생들을 대상으로 실시한 설문내용을 분석한 결과, 학생들의 교육만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 확신성과 공감성이 우선되어야 하고 학생들의 진로결정에 도움을 주기 위해 대학과 교수들은 교육만족도를 높이기 위한 노력이 더욱 필요할 것으로 보인다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of education service quality on education satisfaction and career decisions for college students majoring in distribution and logistics. For this purpose, a survey was conducted over 4 weeks from November 1 to November 24, 2023, targeting about 150 college students in Seoul, the metropolitan area and the Busan region. The survey consisted of three variables: “First, education service quality, second, education satisfaction, and third, career decision,” and based on this, five research hypotheses were created. As a result of the analysis, among the five research hypotheses, “Confidence ⇨ Education Satisfaction, Empathy ⇨ Education Satisfaction, Education Satisfaction ⇨ Career Decision” was statistically significant and was adopted. On the other hand, “Tangibility ⇨ Education Satisfaction, Reliability ⇨ Education Satisfaction” was confirmed as not significant and was rejected. Through the analysis of a survey conducted on college students, confidence and empathy must be prioritized in order to improve students' education satisfaction. In order to help students make career decisions, we need to make efforts to increase education satisfaction.
