Purpose: This study investigated the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, ESG activities, and organizational performance of private sports education institutions, and examined the moderating effect according to performance expectations. Methods: Confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural model analysis were conducted on 193 workers in private educational institutions using the SPSS 18.0 program and AMOS 18.0 program to derive research results. Results: The results of this study are: First, as a result of examining the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on ESG activities, it was found that entrepreneurial orientation had a positive effect on ESG activities. Second, as a result of examining the effect of ESG activities on organizational performance, it was found that ESG activities had a positive effect on organizational performance. Third, as a result of examining the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance, it was found that entrepreneurial orientation had a positive effect on organizational performance. Fourth, as a result of examining whether there is a moderating effect of performance expectations in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, ESG activities, and organizational performance, it was found that performance expectations have a moderating effect. Conclusion: Private sports education institutions should expand their management systems to manage various organizations in the changing environment and internal systems as a way to increase employee entrepreneurial orientation It should be developed. In addition, it is necessary to actively reflect the needs of employees' investment in education and seek ways to maximize the work environment through innovative thinking and decision-making through various employees' education and programs.
