플립러닝이 간호대학생의 학습전이, 학업성취도, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study is to apply the flipped learning teaching method to nursing students in adult nursing classes to determine the effects on learning transfer, academic achievement, and problem-solving ability. The research design is a single-group pre- and post-experimental study. The subjects of the study were 104 third-year nursing students at a university in J Province who were taking adult nursing classes. Flipped learning was conducted for 5 weeks and 5 hours during the 15-week class period, with data collection and intervention application conducted from March to May 2024. The flipped learning class was conducted by loading a video into the LMS before class, running the Pre-Class, and then solving the content learned through the LMS quiz. In In-Class, learners gave presentations after group discussions to solve case problems, and the instructor concluded with a summary lecture. In After-Class, learners were asked to summarize and record their reflections. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-test using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. As a result of the study, after applying the flipped learning teaching method, nursing students' learning transfer, academic achievement, and problem-solving ability were statistically significantly improved compared to before application. Based on the results of this study, it is proposed that flipped learning be applied to various subjects to improve the learning capabilities of nursing students, and repeated research is needed to verify the effectiveness.
