The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between internal education and training, social responsibility(CSR)activities, organizational trust, and organizational effectiveness. This study sampled employees related to sports sercices and analyzed a total of 221 samples, excluding 43 samples that were judged to be less reliable or poor in content. Confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and covariance structure analysis were performed for data processing. The results of this study are follows. First, Internal education and training has a positive effect on the social responsibility. Second, Internal education and training has a positive effect on the organizational trust. Third, CSR has a positive effect on the organizational trust. Fourth, CSR has a positive effect on the organizational effectiveness. Fifth, Organizational trust has a positive effect on the organizational effectiveness. Sixth, . Internal education and training had a positive effect on job satisfaction among the factors of organizational effectiveness. Seventh, In terms of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, which are the two factors of organizational effectiveness, job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment. As a way to increase the organizational effectiveness of sports service employees, it is necessary to build organizational trust by implementing the company's social responsibility through strengthening various education and training within the organization.
