The Relationship between Beauty Education, Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Sustainable Management Activities of Beauty Workers

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between beauty education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable management activities of beauty workers in the beauty industry. To this end, a survey was conducted on 209 beauty industry workers. For the study, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis were conducted, while structural equation models were built. Statistical software, namely SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs were used for all analyses. The analysis results are summarized as follows. First, the improvement and dissemination of educational programs that can increase the entrepreneurial orientation of beauty workers should follow . It is necessary to establish differentiated and innovative measures for beauty services by conducting and distributing linked education and programs which can increase the entrepreneurial orientation of workers related to beauty-related institutions and organizations. Second, since sustainable management activities can lead to corporate performance , innovative thinking and growth in beauty services should increase the ability to solve environmental problems, pursue economic benefits, and social contributions so that environmental, economic, and social activities can be highly recognized . Third, to develop sustainable management activities of the beauty workers, it is necessary to put large efforts into the overall improvement of beauty education and programs, and training pf beauty workers. Through this, it is expected that sustainable growth of beauty services can be promoted.

Abstract
