타투전문가교육과정인식이 현장활용성 및 직무활용성에 미치는 영향

This study targeted tattoo artists who had experience in professional training at a tattoo academy and were currently working as workers in order to understand the education awareness of tattoo experts who received professional tattoo education and to determine its impact on practical field usability and job usability. A survey was conducted online. The survey period was from January 15 to January 30, 2024, and 369 copies were used as final analysis data. As a result of the analysis, three factors of training instructor, training content, and hygiene management education were derived as sub-factors of awareness of tattoo expert training course, field usability was derived as a single factor, and sub-factors of job usability were improvement in competitiveness, practical effect, and improvement in economic power. 3 factors were derived. In terms of the impact of tattoo expert training course awareness on field usability, it was found that hygiene management training, training instructor, and training content had a significant influence in that order. In terms of the influence of tattoo expert training course awareness on job usability sub-factors, training instructor, training content, and hygiene management training were found to have a significant influence on practical effects in that order. In the relationship with competitiveness improvement, significant influence appeared in the order of education content, education instructor, and hygiene management education, and in the relationship with economic power improvement, significant influence appeared in the order of education instructor and education content. We hope that this study will be used as basic data for the development of tattoo expert education and will be recognized as a differentiation in the tattoo industry that will enable current workers to grow as tattoo experts and leaders.
