Literature Review Study on Skin Aging Management in Adult Women

In this study, we collected domestic master’s and doctoral theses since the 2000s for the purpose of identifying trends centered on adult women’s skin aging management data and seeking more practical and active intervention methods to improve psychological and quality of life due to aging. A systematic literature review was conducted through analysis and synthesis. The databases of the Library of Congress and RISS4U were used to collect data, and 13 papers were finally selected by searching ‘skin aging’ and ‘adult women’ as the overall search terms. As a result of the analysis, the characteristics of the research subjects showed that the largest number of studies targeted people in their 40s or older with 9 studies, while those in their 20s or older accounted for 4 studies. The research design related to adult women’s skin aging management was confirmed in a total of 13 studies on basic awareness of aging, related variables that affect skin aging and women’s psychological changes, and adult women’s skin aging management behavior. It has been done. Recently, as interest in the human aging process has increased, research has been conducted on biological mechanisms, environmental factors, and the psychological state of subjects experiencing aging. Future research will aim to provide useful information on attitudes toward choosing skin care. I think it is more important than anything else.
