개인의 사업실패부담감과 창업효능감이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 : 사내벤처지원정책의 매개효과를 중심으로
The Effects of Personal Pressure of Business Failure and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on the Will of Business Foundation; Focusing on Mediated Influences of Internal Corporate Venture Supporting Policy

본 연구는 사내 근로자를 대상으로 하는 개인의 심리적 요인인 사업실패부담감과 창업효능감이 사내벤처지원정책을 매개로 창업의지에 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 알아보았다. 사내벤처 창업프로그램이나 지원정책에 참여하고 있는 사내벤처 창업가와 사내벤처 창업을 희망하는 예비창업자와 근로자 등 모두 310여명을 대상으로 검증을 하였다. 수집된 자료들은 통계프로그램 SPSS 26.0와 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 사내벤처지원정책은 자금이나, 교육, 시설등 일반적인 기업에서 지원하는 일반적인 정책은 제외하고, 일부 기업에서 지원하는 벤처창업 실패시 재입사지원, 창업활동 동안 급여/복지보장, 협력업체 등록 간소화등을 통한 유통채널지원으로 한정하였다. 그리고 사내벤처지원정책을 통해 사업실패부담감과 창업효능감의 심리적요인도 살펴보고, 이러한 심리적 요인이 창업의지와의 관계 및 효과를 규명 가설을 검증하기 위하여 모형을 만들었으며, 이를 통해 상관분석과 경로분석을 하였다. 그 결과, 사업실패부담감은 재입사지원과 유통채널지원에 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 창업효능감은 재입사지원, 급여복지보장 및 유통채널지원 모두 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 보였고, 창업의지에 영향을 주는 효과크기는 재입사지원과 급여복지보장지원이 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 사내벤처 창업활동을 하고 있는 창업자와 사내벤처를 도전하는 예비창업자 모두에게 사내벤처지원정책인 재입사지원, 급여복지보장, 유통채널지원이 영향을 미치고 있다는 점을 비춰보아 이러한 사내벤처지원은 창업결정에 결정적으로 중요한 영향 요인이 될 수 있다. 따라서 창업효능감과 창업의지를 높일 수 있는 정책의 다양성과 개발은 정부와 기업이 기대하는 사내벤처 창업의 효과를 증가시키는 요인이 될 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate if the pressure of business failure and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, which are personal psychological facts, affect the will of business foundations toward workers in the companies. In total, 310 would-be start-ups, established start-ups who had already taken part in start-up programs from companies and the government, and company workers participated in this survey. Collected Data were analyzed through SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 18.0. The internal corporate venture supporting policy in this research is restricted to the support of re-employment in the case of the start-up, the payment and welfare programs during entrepreneurial activities, and the support for the distribution channel through the simplification of subcontractor registration. This research examined the psychological factors of the pressure of business failure and entrepreneurial self-efficacy by the internal corporate venture supporting policy. This study made a model to verify the hypothesis of the effect and relationship between these psychological factors and the will of the business foundation. It was analyzed through correlation analysis and path analysis. As a result, the pressure of business failure had a meaningful positive correlation with the support for re-employment and distribution channels. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy had a meaningful positive correlation to the re-employment, the payment and welfare guarantee, and the distribution channel. The support for re-employment and the guarantee of payment and welfare program had a meaningful effect on the will of the business foundation. The internal corporate venture supporting policy variables such as the support to re-employment, the guarantee of payment and welfare program, and the support for the distribution channel influenced both existing and potential entrepreneurs, and based on the result, such an internal corporate venture supporting policy will be the great influential factor. The development of various policies that can raise entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the will of the business foundation will increase the effect of the internal corporate venture foundation.
