한국의 골프장 운영 활성화 방안과 ESG 경영 도입 정책에 관한 고찰

초록
본 연구는 현재 한국의 골프장 부흥을 통해 골프 선진국으로서의 지위를 지향하고 있다는 전제를 설정하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 국내 골프장 운영 활성화를 위한 단계적 접근의 일환으로 지속가능한 골프 스포츠 산업의 활성화를 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하고자 연구의 필요성과 목적을 설정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 골프장 운영에 대한 개선점과 해결 방안 모색에 대한 가치 정립, 공감대 확산, 관련 기초자료 제공 등을 2차 연구 목적으로 설정하여 본 연구를 수행하였다. 나아가서 국내 골프 스포츠 산업에 대한 가치 정립과 공감대 확산, 그리고 관련 기초 자료 제공을 이차적 연구목적으로 설정하여 본 연구를 전개한다. 본 연구의 연구방법으로는 골프 스포츠 산업, ESG 경영 등의 키워드를 중심으로 관련 선행연구를 분석하고 고찰하는 문헌연구방법을 적용하였다. 구체적으로, 논문의 이론적 전개는 관련성과 유사성이 높은 연구 및 학위 논문, 정책 보고서, 다양한 데이터 및 문헌에 대한 분석과 고찰을 통해 적용되었습니다. 이를 통해 관련 연구 내용과 연구 내용을 발표하고자 했다, 따라서, 이를 통해 골프장 운영 활성화를 위한 관련 연구내용과 연구 결과를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 골프장 운영 활성화를 위한 정책적 제언을 다음과 같이 하고자 한다. 첫째, 지속가능한 골프장 운영 활성화를 위해 국내 골프장 운영 및 개발에 대한 중장기 로드맵과 정책을 담은 마스터플랜 수립 및 추진을 요청한다. 둘째, 지속가능한 골프장 활성화를 위해 국내지역별 다양한 세제개편과 정부의 지원이 필요하다. 셋째, 지속가능한 골프 스포츠 산업 활성화를 위해 관련 골프장 시설, 숙박 및 각종 지원시설 등의 유지를 위해 다양한 방안을 모색할 것이 필요할 것으로 본다. 넷째, 지속가능한 골프장 운영의 발전을 위해서는 융복합 운영 체계 개선 및 전문인력 양성 방안을 추진 모색이 필요할 것이다.
Abstract
Background/Objectives : This study establishes the premise that Korea is currently aiming to become a developed golf country beyond the developed countries of golf through the revival of golf courses. Against this background, this study clarifies the necessity and purpose of making policy recommendations for the revitalization of the sustainable golf sports industry as part of a step-by-step approach to revitalizing golf course operations in Korea. In light of this, this study was carried out as a secondary research objective to establish the value of finding improvements and solutions in the operation of domestic golf clubs, to spread consensus, and to provide relevant basic data. Methods : As a research method for this study, we analyzed and reviewed related previous research, focusing on keywords such as the golf sports industry and ESG management, using a literature search method. Specifically, we applied the theoretical development of the dissertation through the analysis and discussion of highly related and similar research papers, policy papers, various data and literature. In this way, we wanted to present relevant research and research content. Findings : In this study, we would like to make the following policy recommendations for the revitalization of golf course management. First, in order to revitalize the sustainable operation of golf courses, we request the formulation and promotion of a master plan that includes a medium- to long-term roadmap and policies for the operation and development of golf courses in Korea. Second, in order to revitalize golf courses in a sustainable manner, various tax reforms and government support are needed in each region of the country. Third, in order to revitalize the sustainable golf sports industry, we ask you to consider various measures for the development of golf course-related facilities, accommodation facilities, and various support facilities. Fourth, in order to develop sustainable golf course management, it is necessary to develop a convergence operation system and develop professional human resources.
