대학생의 기업가정신과 진로탄력성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 기업가정신 교육 만족도의 조절효과 검증

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether entrepreneurship and career resilience affect entrepreneurial intentions among college students, and to empirically analyze whether satisfaction with entrepreneurial education plays a moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurship, career resilience, and entrepreneurial intentions. The results of this study are as follows: First, the proactiveness and risk-taking of entrepreneurship significantly influenced college students' entrepreneurial intentions. Second, the creativity, challenge spirit, and future orientation of career resilience significantly influenced college students' entrepreneurial intentions, while the "flexibility" of career resilience did not affect entrepreneurial intentions. Third, college students' satisfaction with entrepreneurial education was found to have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial intentions when combined with innovativeness. Fourth, college students' entrepreneurial education did not have a moderating effect on career resilience factors –creativity, flexibility, challenge spirit,and future orientation - in relation to entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the results of this study, it can be used as foundational data for developing programs that enhance entrepreneurial intentions by considering entrepreneurship and career resilience. Additionally, it can serve as reference material for verifying factors influencing entrepreneurial spirit among college students and conducting various related studies. It may also lead to subsequent research on career resilience regarding college students' entrepreneurial careers.
