The survey subjects of this study are service workers who currently work for more than 6 months in hair, skin, nail, and makeup occupations, and from February 15 to February 28, 2024, a survey was conducted on the online research panel. A total of 350 copies of data were collected, and 333 copies were finally analyzed, excluding 18 copies that gave inappropriate responses. As a result of the analysis, it was found that job stress partially decreased and job turnover intention decreased negatively as work-related factors and organizational-related factors in the job environment recognized by beauty service workers increased. This can be said to be an important factor that directly affects not only an individual’s attitude or behavior but also psychological reactions depending on the environment of the workplace where they work, and it was confirmed that members of the organization may change their job life such as turnover or retirement due to dissatisfaction or satisfaction with their work life.
