Research Purpose: Analyzing the relationship between learners’ satisfaction with online classes and core competencies. Research Methods: Structural Equation Model Analysis of online class satisfaction factors and core competencies. Results in Research: Among the four factors of satisfaction with online classes, interaction and self-directedness were found to have a significant effect on class satisfaction, and online class satisfaction was found to have a very positive and significant effect on core competencies. Research Conclusion: In addition to continuous surveys of learner satisfaction with classes, multifaceted efforts are needed to improve quality, such as developing and operating a curriculum tailored to a rapidly changing environment, strengthening instructor capabilities to induce learner self-direction, developing platforms, and various shared contents.
